Gemma Brownlow is a Chartered Legal Executive and the Head of Private Client at Franklin & Co.; she qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2015, and as a Trust and Estate Practitioner in 2021. She is also a full member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and a Dementia Friends Champion.
Gemma offers a range of private client services including probate and estate administration, Wills and estate planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA), registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection. She understands the delicate nature of this area of law and prides herself on guiding clients through complex and sensitive matters in a friendly and approachable way.
Outside of work, Gemma enjoys walking her two Leonbergers in the Peak District.
