Catherine is a Chartered Legal Executive in our Private Client team at Franklin & Co and mainly handles probate and trust matters, powers of attorney and Wills.
Catherine has a wealth of legal experience. She commenced her legal executive training in 1992 and passed her final exam with distinction in August 1997. Two years later, in June 1999, she qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
Catherine also enhanced her qualifications in 2010 with a Diploma in Trusts and Estates and is a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She is also an accredited member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers and has been awarded their Older Client Care in Practice Award.
Outside the office, Catherine enjoys walking and is also a keen amateur potter.
