Tina Fisher joined Franklin & Co. in June 2023 as part of our Private Client team, and has practised in this area of the law for over 15 years.
Tina specialises in wills and lasting powers of attorney (LPA); she is an Affiliate Member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and a qualified Will Writer, holding the Step Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation.
She also has experience in applications to the Court of Protection, managing Deputyships and the administration of estates.
Away from the office, Tina lives in Matlock with her family and is a singer/songwriter and a keen baker.
