Nicola Gray is the Head of Residential Conveyancing and has been practising for over 30 years; she joined Franklin & Co. in 1992.
Further to her degree in English Language and Literature at Manchester University in 1985, Nicky commenced her legal training and qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1991, gaining the 1991 Malcolm Butler Prize for the Fellow with the highest number of distinctions in the final examinations in England and Wales.
Nicky deals with all types of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases, remortgages, leases, possessory title claims, first registration applications, transfers and general conveyancing for example deeds of easement and covenant. She also deals with new estate developments and plot purchases.
Outside the office, Nicky enjoys reading and eating out.
